  1. Trying to understand what is going on between you and NC Resolution. As a member just received impenetrable cryptic letter with voting papers for NC membership, saying you are taking legal proceedings against them, which has required them to consult lawyers! Do explain, am curious. Agree with what you say, about parallel legal system with mediation embedded. This is what I presented to CMC, FMA and CIArb last year.

    • Very very sorry – only just seen this. This year it’s all over. Reform of family law remains a high priority – see (and let me know what you think of) my philosophy of family law

  4. Dear David,
I am a solicitor practising in Dublin and am very well aware of your work. We are seeking to instruct an expert in a child care case who would be in a position to review statements made by a child, in relation to allegations made and to review the material. I am wondering would it be possible to have your email to enable me to write to you formally on this, seeking the name of a suitable expert.
Thanks very much for your assistance.
    Is mise le meas,
    Pól Ó Murchú
